I co-create and run regular joint workshops and retreats with Integrative Wellbeing Therapist Atifa Balding. These sessions include yoga along with 'The Sensory Journey' her unique meditation which can include, Sound Healing, chanting, EFT tapping, singing bowls and Energy Healing and are carefully designed and uniquely themed for each session.
