Yoga has made such a positive impact on my life, teaching me how to love and appreciate myself and to look for the good in others. Experiences I have had on the mat have literally turned my world upside down, allowing me to see more of my own true potential, self-confidence and self-worth. Yoga has given me the tools to nourish myself and family better, to learn how to slow down, be calm and less reactive, and has made me so much more open to everything life has to offer!
I have been practicing yoga since 2000, and credit London yoga teacher Leila Sadeghee with truly getting me hooked.
I am fully qualified and insured and completed my 200 hr Hatha Teacher Training in Copenhagen and Zurich with Sianna Sherman & Chris Chavez. My Pre & Post natal courses were taken with London teacher Nadia Narain.
I focus on empowering my students and draw inspiration from the wonderful fellow teachers and students around me. I hope to have you leave my class feeling rejuvenated and smiling from the inside out!
I teach accessible Hatha, Beginners, and Pre & Post Natal Yoga in Surrey. My classes are carefully designed to cater for all levels. I believe that Yoga is for everyone and I love to make sure that my classes are friendly, welcoming, and that students feel they can work at their own level whilst being guiding towards their potential.
My classes can help build your strength, improve your flexibility, increase your energy levels and help to release stress.
I aim to help create space and freedom in your body and mind so you can live your life more fully. I always like to include mindfulness and meditation, and every class ends with a lovely relaxation leaving you feeling rejuvenated and ready to step back into the world.
I am happy to work individually with students to create a personalised yoga program identifying and working through your needs to help you feel better and achieve your goals.
