Health is everything. Without your health - what do you have left? I am really passionate about feeling great and want to help you feel amazing too! I have been teaching yoga for over a decade, and am a fully qualified Health Coach to help serve my clients in the best holistic way I can. Health Coaching works with the whole person addressing areas such as nutrition, sleep, stress, movement and Women's Wellness.

I am currently offering 1:1 Health Coaching packages, workshops, day retreats corporate wellbeing talks and workshops, and group coaching.
