Why start your Saturday morning with some yoga I hear you ask?

Well, Yoga has been around for, well, almost forever.

'Yoga' means to 'unite' or to 'yoke'. In Yoga we refer to this as the connection of the body and mind together. Quite simply if your body doesn't feel good - chances are you won't be in a good mood.

To feel good mentally - your body has to feel good physically, and the best way to do that is to look after yourself and nourish your body with the best food, exercise, and rest to keep yourself energised, alert, and ultimately feeling great.
